As a consequence of my reclusiveness, I don't think I knew you as well as most of the other bloggers here; I only knew you through your postings online. But from what I did know, I'll always remember your passion. And be inspired by it.

Ok. I'm shocked too. I expressed my sympathy directly on the Brink Zone and other blogs, but he has nothing to do with the Kocis murder trial. He has only something to do with your hatred and defamation of Kent Baclay. Isn't that right? RIP Bud Foxx.
Here's another perspective, a post I might have written myself:
"Bud Foxx aka Chris Maddux will get no words of sympathy from me. He and Dexx Jones and now, DeWayne have tried to make my life and business a living hell. He never tried to reach out or communicate directly, and he never showed remorse for the terrible things he tried and failed to do to me and Marc.
Although I am sorry for his boyfriend and family, this irresponsible 36 year old gay man spent what turned out to be his final year in persecuting, slandering, cyberstalking and harassing another gay man - me - for reasons never explained.
Now PC, Chinchilla Jim and DeWayne - supreme hypocrites, yellow journalists and liars that they are - dare to carry on as if he was a bona fide "fellow blogger" who had something meaningful or valuable to say. Truth to tell, Bud Foxx had NOTHING of value to say. He was all about hate and discrimination, and shame on those who supported him in his ill-fated and unwarranted persecution of a talent that has survived and prospered against all odds.
Now Bud Foxx has reaped the karmic rewards of hate based on the cosmic forces called down upon his sinful head.
Let those who hate, discriminate and persecute the innocent take note of his fate."

You misspelled your own name (it's "Barclay, not "Baclay"). Your gloating over Bud's death this morning seems to have made you more careless than usual, it would appear.
Just when I thought that Kent Barclay had done something decent and had let it rest at that.

Your being shocked is a lot like the burlesque queen blushing when her skirt blows up from a gust of wind in public--mock indignation. Your remarks presume that you act like a man in the first place. No one with half a brain attacks a man for succumbing to a disease without a cure. How insidiously low of you.
You are a plagiarist and not a very good one at that. You are also a fraud. What you can't acquire legitimately, you acquire by deceit. Case in point, your use of Yves Mignon, a nom de plume, not your real name Kent Barclay.
You held yourself out as representation for a performer on your blog. No registration or indemnity bond, you got problems. As for any of us disappearing for the likes of you, I seriously doubt it.
A matter of mass communications law, you are not a celebrity, but a public figure. Hence, you are fair game and with few "rights." Truth of your lack of merits is a defense. You already have a phalanx in opposition to you. And a phalanx will do what it does best. Move to out flank and crush the obstacle.
There is a picture of you stalking Brent Corrigan at Rich's. Stalking is a crime, and since Brent was a party defendant in a Federal case at that time before the bar of justice, you can also be gotten for witness intimidation. The statute of limitations is on.
You live in a glass house Barclay. Careful what rocks you toss. If you collected any funds in Brodie Sinclair's name without registration or posting an indemnity bond or withholding taxes, you got problems. Wire fraud. Tsk, tsk.

I have held off on commenting about Buds passing, it took sometime to process and still trying. I am not even sure where to post anymore. But so glad there are very active blogs still dedicated to exposing the sewer scum that is Damon Kruezer/Kent Barclay/Yves/Marc et al.......
The news came as a total shock and surprise. I never had the pleasure to actually meet Bud but through his site and private e-mail's thought he was a brilliant and talented man. I am glad I got to know him even though I wish we had more time. Bud with one D, you will be greatly missed.
I just literally had a laugh out loud moment. Remember when Bud really came on the scene with his "Nancy Grace" post?? LOL LOL LOL!!! Thank you Bud.
