While the article here states correctly states that his conviction was overturned, Mr. Taylor is not out of hot water. He won appeal on the rather technical grounds that he should have had a lawyer present when the summary contempt citation was handed down, so, the matter will now be re-tried in Circuit Court.

The state Court of Appeals has tossed out the convictions of two attorneys and their law clerk who were jailed in Virginia Beach more than a year ago for allegedly trying to enter fake and offensive documents into the record.
Judge Larry Elder wrote that defense attorneys Claude Scialdone and Barry Taylor and law student Edward Jones were denied their right to obtain counsel or prepare a defense. In July 2006, Circuit Judge Patricia West found all three in contempt of court during the trial of Frankie Dulyea, who was convicted of trying to entice a minor to send sexually explicit material over the Internet.
The case now will be heard in Circuit Court.
During the trial, Scialdone tried to admit into evidence a document about the age-limit rules for an online chatroom in effect at the time Dulyea conversed with an undercover detective. West contended that the computer printout was fraudulent because the copyright and date information appeared to be removed. Scialdone and Taylor denied altering the document, saying the mistake amounted more to negligence than contempt.
West then questioned a screen name with the words “West is a Nazi” on a copy of another document. Jones said he chose the screen name “westisanazi” as a joke because “I was upset about some of the rulings, and I thought it was unfair to the client,” according to court records.
All three men were sentenced to 10 days in jail and ordered to pay fines.

Oh, my God, this is just too rich. Look at the skuzball Taylor picks up as a client. Trolling the chatrooms for little girls. And then Taylor gets caught redhanded trying to introduce a fraudulent document into evidence. You can see the judge's face turning red and then purple and then steam blowing out her ears and nostrils as Taylor spews out lie after lie on the stand. You go wait out in the hall. I don't want you people talking to each other. It reminds me of a courtroom scene in a television episode of Amos 'n Andy where the vaudevillean judge leans over the bench and gives the fisheye to attorney Algonquin J. Calhoun and says, "Boy, didn't I disbar you just last week?" Calhoun gets the shakes, turns white, and runs out of the courtroom before the bailiff can slap the cuffs on him, leaving his clients Andy and the Kingfish to hang out to dry.
So let's review. Taylor is caught trying to manufacture evidence and lying under oath about it in 2006. In early 2007 he advises his clients Joe and Harlow to flee the jurisdiction of the court when he had reason to believe that they were under indictment. Some officer of the court.

if so why not state your case.

Anyone who claims to be a supporter of Harlow should have urged him to use his skills and abilities to get an honest job. There is no shortage of good jobs in the health care industry. Norfolk Male Escorts/Boybatter/and the rest were corrupt criminal enterprizes. Anyone associated with them or who did business with them was and is criminal and corrupt. Joe and Harlow ended up committing a cruel murder the motivations for which were irrational and preposterous, even if the victim's character and conduct should be taken as a matter in mitigation.
