Well, you know he's going to take credit for all of Brad Star's noms anyway, since he has claimed recently that Brad has left the domineering, evil Angel and come running back to DK for succor and career guidance in exchange for sexual favors. Don't know how he's going to spin the nom for "South Beach Diaries" however. And he'll probably accuse DeWayne of buying all of Brent's 13 noms, since DeWayne is a PAID AGENT of Brent. But congrats to all!
Ha, since Angel and Brad got the Best Marketing nom only in the wake of explicitely and publically dumping Kent from having anything to do with marketing them, it's hard to imagine how he's gonna seriously be able to take any credit whatsoever!

You add all his Dirty Bird nominations up (both Brent and non-Brent), and it comes to a pretty impressive number. I'd try to do the math myself, but I'm busy live blogging something else right now... ;-)

I read about all of the nominations at JOHM yesterday and keeping up with the DK truth squad stuff.
It is impressive. Brent is a definite hit with fans and producers. The greater thing is that he can really diversify now.
He should do very well.
And Dink deserves the nominations for keeping his ventures cutting edge.

Jim I was going to say something about Mason Wyler on my blog. I am going to go over the nominations later in the week in more depth.
I think Mason Wyler certainly was denied a nomination for Best Duo Scene with Brent.
Summit has the stronger scene than Kayden Sailor & Brent in Porne Ultimatum.
No matter I think Brent and Luke Hass is rightly nominated as well, its one of Brent's all time best scenes.
GayVN is notoriously "controversy averse" and Mason Wyler is not being accorded much respect now days in PornoLand or among the fans.
The ONLY problem I see in the nominations there are several instances where stars are nominated twice in the same category for different scenes.
Votes are likely to be split.
At least this is what happens at the Grammys The only award show BTW with a nomination list as long as GayVN!

I think you're right, and the exact same theory would explain why Kam Scott failed to get a nod for Best Newcomer, despite there being a veritable myriad of nominees (15!) for that catagory.
Once Kam unilaterally dumps the controversial aversion that dogs his career (much as ASG did last year), awards will begin to flow his way (much as ASG got it's well-earned 5 nominations).
Kam's a smart guy; I'm sure by now he's already figured this out for himself.
