Still More Musings...Show Me!

7. [Part 6: Admissions]

HARLOW CUADRA: They will not be able to come up with that, unless quickly forge it. And ah, all the masters umm, all the masters I had a little box shipped to me...
Postal officials from Dallas, PA are on the prosecution witness list posted by PC (see 149, 150).

8. [Part 6: Admissions]

GRANT ROY: Our attorney said he thought umm, the FBI had, he was, he was involved in some kind of International porn ring and the FBI was protecting him to give up other information, for other people in...

HARLOW CUADRA: No, umm, as a matter of fact, I still remember what Everett told you in the video, Oh, I could do this all week, ha, ha, ha, I could remember watching.
You know, funny story, I earlier mistakenly thought Harlow was referring to seeing Grant in a video with "Everett," and indeed, if you merely read the transcript like you would a book, it would seem that way.

The thing is, a transcript is not a book; there are nuances and gestures going on that we are not witnessing...in this case, I think it's clear in hindsight Harlow was almost certainly directing his comment to Sean, not Grant, when he said "you."

"Silence of the Chinchillas" regrets the error. I'm feeling pretty damn silly about it right now, in fact! :-)

Blush! Anyways, continuing...

9. [Part 6: Admissions]

GRANT ROY: And he didn't put that on the scene, he should have put that on the fuckin....

HARLOW CUADRA: He should have...

JOSEPH KEREKES: He didn't put it in there?

HARLOW CUADRA: No.

GRANT ROY: No.

So, right here, we have an unknown outtake from "Schoolboy Crush", known only those those who were either at the filming, OR had seen the Cobra master tape...a master tape that as Grant notes, Kocis should out of prudence destroyed long ago (but obviously decided to keep in secret).

Which of course raises the question, if Harlow didn't murder Bryan and steal the master tapes like he claims...how did he know about this secret outtake?

Elm opines in the comments on his blog that the BBTs are no big whoop; Harlow knew it was a trap (?!), was just making all this stuff up (odd way to react to known trap, to walk right into it!), and got his facts from already well known sources:

Most of the stuff that was talked about on the beach tapes was already on the blogs.

That is what I have been saying all along. ... most of that stuff was out there before April 27th 2007.
Well, no, actually I don't think so. WHERE in the blogs or ANYWHERE else in the known universe would Harlow have known about an obscure outtake from Schoolboy Crush left on the cutting room floor (and in a master tape EVERYONE ASSUMED HAD BEEN DESTROYED)?

WHERE on the blogs did Harlow read about Bryan and Lee having a phone conversation that night? That Lee's attorney was a woman? That Bryan owned a Blackberry? That Bryan was buying a condo as a love nest for Brent? Where, where WHERE??? SHOW ME these so called blogs (or any other innocuous source for info) Harlow read these private details from???

And for that matter...how did Harlow know about this monogrammed Rolex owned by Kocis?:

HARLOW CUADRA: Umm, and ah, I said well, I saw all I needed to see, I was gonna keep one of them and give it to you as a gift. I was like, nah, it's too hot right now, let me just get rid of it, and ah, he also gave me a couple of items that are disintegrated now also. Ah, he had a Rolex, ah BCK and, and well it's gone.
Or that Bryan used Adobe editing software?:

HARLOW CUADRA: The ah, oh yea, all his computers, all his editing shit, I think he used Avid.

GRANT ROY: Adobe?

HARLOW CUADRA: Adobe, yea. That's gone too, it was fun looking at all that, I think that's all...

Or what Bryan's front door looked like?:

HARLOW CUADRA: Well, ya know how they say that ah, whoever made it in, had to know Bryan or some shit like that, that's bullshit, because we did some recon work, and the door doesn't have a peephole on it... It has two square blocks of ah, windows way on the top and Bryan's not tall enough to see through that. It was quick, he never, he never saw it coming.
From this point forward, I am going to start a running "Show Me" list. This is a list of details Harlow (and Joe) mentions on the BBTs that I CHALLENGE any Harlowite (not just Elm) to SHOW ME exists in the public realm, anywhere, such that Harlow (or Joe) could have come across the information innocently. Here is the list up to this point in the Musings; others will be added as we come to them:

jim's SHOW ME list
------------------
1. Phone conversation with Lee Bergeron (and others) after 7:50pm;
2. Lee's female attorney;
3. Bryan owned a Blackberry;
4. Bryan planning to buy a San Diego condo (for his "little bitch," LOL!);
5. Obscure outtakes from "Schoolboy Crush;"
6. Bryan's missing "BCK" monogrammed Rolex watch;
7. Bryan's Adobe editing software;
8. Design and layout of Kocis' front door
9. [to be added, etc...]

Here's the list for now...will any Harlowite now step up to the plate, and SHOW ME how Harlow innocently knew of these things? WHERE he read about them? Elm? Jakester? Sassy? Will ANY of you take up the challenge?

Or will you all...by your silence...now admit to Harlow's guilt?

Jim--

Excellent idea.

Remember on PC's BBT post I said the context meant Harlow's statement was made to Sean not Grant by Harlow regarding the Everett/Corrigan statement. Whatever was said was useful apparently as a control tool against Everett which makes one wonder if blackmail was another of Kocis' moneymakers. Thanks for the quiet compliment.

#9. Kerekes to Grant Roy--Kocis' Maserati was in Kocis' garage.

Jim, the reference to them scouting out Bryan's front door and that Bryan could not see through the upper windows has indeed been discussed on the blogs. I cannot place exact times on it but that one could have been learned.
On the other hand. Bryan referring to Brent as "the product," in front of Harlow was a little tidbit that few knew and no one mentioned on the blogs until very recently.
The real point is you only have to research the blogs from the time of Bryan's death until the Black's Beach conversation. There was not a lot of facts being thrown out about the case during that time. It was mostly on Jason Secrest's and mostly trolls trying to disparage the person of Brent Corrigan. Very weak period for facts.

Right. I recall something about there being no peephole. The high little windows stuff was news to me...until the BBTs.

Point is, if Harlow is going to mount some sort defense, he's gonna have to explain how he knows all this stuff.

Come to think of it...he could explain the door away...IF he sticks to some sort of "I went to the house and smelled smoke" defense.

Other stuff like the details from the phone conversation, missing Rolexes, etc., are still an impossible problem.

So the door is available as public knowledge to anyone driving by. Now the next one up. Harlow did not know the name of the editing software Bryan used. He guessed Avid. Grant said Adobe. Harlow grabbed onto that and ran with it.
After the free 'irfanview,' Adobe is easily the most used home editing software around. No big whoop there. That can be dismissed. Harlow did not know it despite being in the film industry. That in itself is interesting but a separate subject.
As far as Bryan's initials on his Rolex, who loved Bryan the most? :) Easy, or lucky guess.

Well, there are only so many "lucky guesses" one can get away with...before a jury begins to view the lot as "miraculous guesses."

Jim writes, "[There] are only so many "lucky guesses" one can get away with...before a jury begins to view the lot as "miraculous guesses." Is a miraculous guess anything like an incriminating statement or item entered into evidence against the defendants' interests by the State?

This really paints the picture of cold blooded killers with absolutely NO remorse, whatsoever.

What I find interesting, is that Sean had so little to say or comment on through this particular tape. Just expressing surprise that Brian would consider him his bitch and such. But Grant Roy really drove this sting operation home, without skipping a beat or so it seems.

It almost feels as though Roy handled the sting as cold and as calculating as Harlow and Joe did the slaughtering of kocis.

this is bone chilling shit.

Yeah, I think if you read Part 1, and Sean and Grant are planning strategy before they pick up Harlow and Joe...Sean says flat out he was going to try to be quiet. He was nervous (his tummy hurt), afterwards wrote that he wore sunglasses to "hide his discomfort" being around those two, and as a practical matter...Grant seemed to be carrying the transmitting device anayways.

So, it makes sense for Grant to be doing most of the talking here.

Grant knew what he needed to do. My only regret is that he did not try to lead the discussion in the direction: "So, what do you guys think of all those bloggers speculating about the murder?"

Needless to say, I would have loved to hear what Harlow and Joe had to say about me, into that hidden microphone! :-)

It was shortly after Christmas of 2006 I wrote Grant a private message in MySpace and told him I believed that when this is all over with, it would be clear he was the true hero in this situation. His private response back to me will remain private. That was before Bryan's death. My view on that has not changed.
