The BBTs are fatal to Harlow's claims of innocence. Harlow does not say he actually killed Kocis (in fact, it's probable that Joe did the actual slicing and dicing), but he does unmistakenly place himself in the house with a live, talking, breathing Kocis, in a very much not-on-fire house (in contradiction to Joe's jailhouse interview).
In Part 8, we have Harlow further adding to the "Show Me" list...this is the list of details about Kocis and his home that Harlow talks about on the BBTs, that I CHALLENGE the Harlowites to show me could have come from any other source than Harlow being at the scene, chatting with a live Bryan prior to the murder. To the list we now add the location of Bryan's Masarati and Aston Martin:SEAN LOCKHART: What happened to his car?
HARLOW CUADRA: Ah, nothing...
JOSEPH KEREKES: The Mazaradi? It was at the shop.
...the fact that Bryan did not own his new Aston Martin, but leased it instead:
GRANT ROY: Yea, I told you he bought an Austin Martin.
...as well as the cost and description of Bryan's two-day old Sony 65 inch plasma screen TV and entertainment center:
Now, I am going to go ahead and actually remove (yes, remove) one item from the "Show Me" list, and that is the description of Bryan's door. It's conceivable under the fantasy scenario outlined in Joe's jailhouse interview that Harlow could claim to have memorized what the door looked like, just before he smelled smoke and ran away (yeah, I know, LOL), so, being the fair-minded soul that I am, off the list it goes. But adding the three items above, the list still grows by two:

Once again, the Harlowites claim that stuff Harlow said on the BBTs can be explained by Harlow previously reading about the details on blogs or in news accounts; with this list, I CHALLENGE them to show me the public sources Harlow could have gotten these details from...or, by their silence to this challenge, admit they are WRONG.
A couple more related musings: The location of the Masarati after the murder was, for the longest time, a particularly deep mystery. The news accounts mentioned only that it was not at the residence. The early blogging over at Jason Curious was then wildly speculative over it's location, with probably the most active speculator back then being Elm, as I recall. Find the person who knows where that Masarati is, Elm would theorize...and you will have found the murderer!
Well by gumby, it looks like Elm was exactly right. :-)
Final musing on this section (and it's a big one): When Joe says "Right there behind the..." he pretty much betrays the fact that he was in the Kocis home too; a big slip-up by Joe. He manages to catch himself in mid-sentence, and then if you notice Harlow tries to come to his rescue, immediately bringing up the imaginary third man ("what's his name") who I guess they are trying to convince to Sean and Grant did the killing at their behest.
Regarding "whats his name:" My theory on this so-called "third man" has always been that Harlow and Joe were trying to sound more impressive to Sean and Grant, by saying they had a Luca Brazi at their disposal, who they could call on whenever they wanted to "push a button" on someone. This illusion of mafioso-like influence would have been shattered if they admitted the truth, that it was merely Joe who stormed through the door and killed Kocis. If you recall, this illusion goes back to the Vegas lamb dinner as well (ie, the friend of Harlow who sends people to Canada).
I don't think anyone seriously believes in the "third man" theory anymore.
